Orientation program for new educators

An orientation program was conducted by the SBIOA Educational Trust to familiarize new educators with the institution’s vision, expectations, and teaching practices. The sessions covered a range of essential topics including goal setting and professional development, management policies, institutional rules and regulations, technology integration in education, and effective teaching methodologies. The session on Goal Setting and Professional Development was led by Mrs. P. Rajeswari Menon on 14th June 2025.
